Refund & Return Policy

At Nexor Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

• The item is damaged upon delivery.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Include all original packaging, accessories, and tags.
• Be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
• Change of mind after delivery.
• Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
• Items reported after the return window has expired.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchanges

We will replace your product free of charge if:

• You received the wrong item.
• The item arrived damaged.
• The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Nexor Store will cover the return shipping cost.
• For any other approved returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return if it meets our return eligibility criteria.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving your order.
2. Share your order number along with clear photos or a video showing the issue.
3. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
